Packages, Preorders & Minimum Spends
Preorders
Any preordered items must be consumed within the premises on the day of the event.
If your party decreases, we can make changes to the preorders provided sufficient notice (as outlined in the Cancellation Policy) has been given.
No refunds or credits will be offered for un-utilised items.
Minimum Spend
Minimum food and drink spends must be used on the date of the booking. We are unable to transfer any unused minimum spend to another booking or another date. You can not take any alcohol away with you.
If group size decreases, the overall minimum will remain the same but provided enough cancellation notice (As outlined in the Cancellation Policy) is provided any unused places can be transferred onto a bar tab.
Packaged Preorders
All drink tokens and food orders must be used on the date of the booking. We are unable to transfer any unused tokens to another booking or another date. You can not take any alcohol away with you.
You must provide sufficient notice (As outlined in the Cancellation Policy) to make any changes to your package preorders.
Running Late
If you’re running late, we will do our best to accommodate you but we can only hold bookings for a maximum of 15 minutes, and this will be deducted from your playtime.
If you arrive late, your group may lose the chance to complete your session and (if applicable) access to your reserved area, unfortunately no refund will be offered.
Net Session Allocation and Durations
We allocate the following durations:
- 2-3 people, 1 net 30 minutes
- 4-5 people, 1 net 45 minutes
- 6-9 people, 1 net 60 minutes
- 10-15 people, 1 net 90 minutes
- 16-20 people, 2 nets 60 minutes
- 21 - 30 people, 2 nets 90 minutes
- 31 to 40 people, 2 nets 2 hours
Larger groups will be advised of their allocation upon booking.
Sixes Cricket Limited ("the Company") was placed into Administration on 17 December 2025 and Anthony Wright and Alastair Massey of FRP Advisory Trading Limited ("FRP") were appointed as Joint Administrators.
The affairs, business and property of the Company are being managed by the Administrator(s) who act as agents of the Company without personal liability.
